Long Beans StirFry

Ingredients

  • Long beans – 1/2 kg
  • Shallots -16 to 17 nos
  • Garlic – 7 to 8 nos
  • Curry leaves – 3 or 4 sprigs
  • Dry red chilli – 3 or 4 nos.
  • coconut slices – 1/2 cup
  • Mustard seed – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
  • Oil – 4 or 5 tbsp

Method

  • Firstly we have to wash and clean the long beansThen cut it into medium size pieces .
  • Then crush dry red chilli and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed ,let them spluttered .
  • Then add chopped shallots and green chilli ,saute them well.
  • Then add green chilli and curry leaves ,saute them well.
  • Add crushed dry red chilli flakes and turmeric powder ,saute them well.
  • Then add chopped long beans and salt ,saute them well.
  • Then add coconut slices and combine them well.
  • Cover and cook them well.
  • Remove the lid and saute and fry them well.
  • Ones the fry is ready remove from fire and set a side.
  • Serve and enjoy the tasty special long beans fry with meals.
