Ingredients
- Egg- 5 nos
- Onion – 3 nos
- Tomatoes – 2 nos
- Ginger – 1 nos
- Garlic – 8 or 9 nos
- Curry leaves – 2 or 3 sprigs
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tbsp
- Oil – 3 or 4 tbsp
Method
- Heat water in a pan add eggs and salt .
- Boiled them well.
- Drain boiled eggs and put in a bowl filled with cold water .
- saute them well for few minutes.
- Then add chopped onion and sauté them well.
- sprinkle some salt and and saute till onion become transluent
- Then add chopped tomatoes and saute them well, till they become soften.
- Then add some spices like red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and pepper powder .
- saute until the raw smell of the spices completely disappears.
- Add aqurate amount of water and stir them well
- Then add boiled egg and mix them properly.
- Cook for few minutes.
- Remove from fire and keep aside.
