Ingredients
Star Gooseberry- 1 kg.
Garlic – 3 nos.
Hing – 2 pieces.
Chili powder – 3 teaspoons.
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
Fenugreek powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt.
Mustard.
Oil.
Curry leaves.
Method
*Heat oil in a wok, splutter mustard. Saute in garlic, followed by curry leaves, chili powder, cumin powder, fenugreek powder. Saute till the color changes, add little water and salt. Add in the star gooseberry and mix well. Remove from the flame.
The pickle is ready.
