- Bilimbi fruit – 1 kg.
- Garlic – 3 nos.
- Hing – 2 pieces.
- Fenugreek powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
- Curry leaves.
- Cut the fruit into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pot, splutter mustard.
- Saute in garlic, hing, curry leaves.
- When garlic is cooked saute in chili powder, fenugreek powder.
- Mix bilimbi into the mix. Make sure the fruit is completely coated with the chili powder mix.
- Remove from the flame.
- Pickle is ready.
