Fish head curry

Ingredients

Fish head.
Ginger – 1no.
Garlic – 2 nos.
Green chili – 2 nos.
Chili powder – 8 teaspoons.
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
Fenugreek powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt.
Oil.
Mustard.
Curry leaves.
Method
*Heat oil in a pot, splutter mustard. Saute in thinly sliced ginger, garlic, green chili, and curry leaves. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, and salt. Add water and bring to boil. Add the fish head to the gravy and cover and cook. Change the sides of the fish through the process to make sure it’s cooked well. Remove from the flame.
The fish head curry is ready.

Tapioca in ground coconut

Ingredients

Tapioca – 1 kg.
Grated coconut – 1 no.
Green chili – 5 nos.
Garlic – 6 cloves.
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt.
Curry leaves.
Method
*Cook tapioca in water, strain and keep aside.
*Roughly ground grated coconut, green chili, garlic, turmeric powder, and curry leaves. Add the paste and season salt. Mix well.
Tapioca mash is ready.
