Ingredients
Horse gram – 1/2 kg.
Coconut – 1/2 portion.
Ginger – small piece.
Shallots – 6 nos.
Tamarind – 2 pieces.
Dried chilies – 7 nos.
Salt.
Curry leaves.
Method
*Clean horse gram and roast.
*Powder the roasted horse gram on a stone grinder.
*Separate the skin from horse gram.
*Clean the shallots.
*Grind grated coconut, shallots, tamarind, salt, curry leaves, dried chilies (4 nos). Add the skinless horse gram.
*Transfer it to a bowl.
Tasty horse gram chutney is ready
