Ingredients
Soya chunks – 2 cup
Onion – 3 nos
Ginger – 1 nos
Garlic – 8 to 9 nos
Green chilli – 2 to 3 nos
Curry leaves – 3 to 4 sprigs
Tomatoes – 1 or 2 nos
Coconut pieces – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt – 2 to 3 tbsp
Method
Today we have to prepare soya chunks fry.
Heat water in a pan and add turmeric powder, pepper powder, and salt.
Then add soya chunks and cook them well.
Remove from fire and set aside.
Then drain the soya chunks and pour cold water over them set aside.
Heat oil in pan, add the chopped onion and saute them well.
Sprinkle some salt on them and saute them well.
Then add the chopped coconut pieces and saute them well for a few minutes.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, gramme masala, and pepper powder.
Saute them well for a few minutes.
Add curry leaves and green chillies and saute them well.
Add the chopped tomatoes and saute till they become soft.
Add the chopped soya chunks and saute them well.
Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove the lid and saute and fry them well.
Remove from fire and set aside.
Serve the tasty soya chunks fried with meals.
