Ingredients
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Ginger – 1 nos
- Garlic – 6 or 7 nos
- Curry leaves – 4 to 5 sprigs
- Green chilli – 3 to 4 nos
- Fennel seed – 1 tbsp
- Lemon – 1 nos
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1/2 cup
- Basan flour -1 cup
- Salt – 1 or 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1/2ltr
Method
- Take a pan, add cleaned chicken pieces.
- Then add fennel seed,turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.
- Add coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and pepper powder.
- Then add pepper powder, corn flour, basan flour and salt.
- Then add lemon juice and oil.
- Then add curry leaves and green chilli and mix them well.
- Cover and marinate for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken.
- Fry them well till they become a light golden brown.
- Drain and set aside.
- Again repeating the same process on balanced marinated chicken.
- After frying the chicken add green chilli and curry leaves.
- Fry them well and drain.
- Then add the top of the fried chicken and mix them well.
- Serve the tasty chicken pakoda with meals.
