Ingredients
- Pineapple – 1 no.
- Grated coconut – 1 no.
- Garlic – 6 cloves.
- Green chilies – 1 no.
- Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon.
- Ginger – 1 no.
- Shallots – 5 nos.
- Dried chilies – 6 nos.
- Curd – 1/2 l.
- Oil.
- Mustard.
- Salt.
- Curry leaves.
Method
- Clean, cut pineapple into small pieces. Cook the pineapple in water. Add salt.
- Crush grated coconut, garlic, green chilies, cumin, and mustard.
- Crush 2 tablespoon of cooked pineapple.
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute in sliced shallots, dried chilies, curry leaves. Add the paste and the cooked pineapple with salt to taste. Mix in the beaten curd and remove from the flame.
