Ingredients

  • Taro.
  • Elephant yam.
  • Yam.
  • Tapioca.
  • Green banana.
  • Salt.

Method

  • Peel all vegetables and cook in water. When the water starts to boil, season with salt. When cooked, strain. Don’t mash the vegetables.
  •  Fried dry fish
  • Wash the fish properly. Heat oil and fry the fish on both sides.
  •  Bird’s eye chili chutney
  • Grind bird’s eye chilies, shallots, and salt in a stone grinder. Transfer to a bowl and mix oil.
  • Dried chilies chutney
  • Grill dried chilies over the flame. Wash chilies and add salt, tamarind. Make a paste of the three on a stone grinder. Transfer to a bowl and mix oil.
