Ingredients
- Taro.
- Elephant yam.
- Yam.
- Tapioca.
- Green banana.
- Salt.
Method
- Peel all vegetables and cook in water. When the water starts to boil, season with salt. When cooked, strain. Don’t mash the vegetables.
- Fried dry fish
- Wash the fish properly. Heat oil and fry the fish on both sides.
- Bird’s eye chili chutney
- Grind bird’s eye chilies, shallots, and salt in a stone grinder. Transfer to a bowl and mix oil.
- Dried chilies chutney
- Grill dried chilies over the flame. Wash chilies and add salt, tamarind. Make a paste of the three on a stone grinder. Transfer to a bowl and mix oil.
