- Ginger-1 medium
- Garlic-10 to 12 nos
- Onion-3 medium
- Tomato-2nos
- Fennel seed-1 tbsp
- Cloves-2 nos
- Cinnamon-1 medium
- Pepper -1 tbsp
- Dry red chilli-8 or 9
- Coriander seed-1 tbsp
- Curry leaves- 3 sprigs
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
- Oil- 3 or 4 tbsp
- Salt –to taste
Method
- First we cut and clean the beef into cube shaped pieces.
- Then we add chilli powder and some turmeric powder to the cleaned beef and mix well,and
marinate keep a side. - Heat oil in a pan add dry red chilli ,coriander seed and curry leaves mix well and saute for
some time,and keep a side - Then we grind the ginger and garlic ,and keep a side.
- Again we crush the pepper and keep a side
- Then we grind the sauted ingredients like dry red chilli and coriander seed into fine paste ,and
keep a side - Finally we grind cinnamon,cloves and fennel seed into fine paste and keep a side.
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion,curry leaves and ginger garlic paste mix and saute till
they colour change to light brown. - Then we add marinated beef ,salt and little amount of water and mix well and cook for 5 to
6 minutes . - Turn off the flame and keep a side.
- Again we heat oil in a heavy bottom pan ,add chopped onion ,ginger garlic paste and curry
leaves mix and saute for some minutes. - Add chopped tomato and saute for some minutes till the tomato turns soften .
- Then we add grinded paste like red chilli coriander paste ,crushed pepper powder and garam
masala paste,mix well and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. - Turn off the flame and serve and enjoy with banana fritters.
Banana Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
- Ripe banana -4 or 5
- All purpose flour-1 kg
- Sugar-3 or 4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
- Cumin seed-1 tsp
- Water –for mixing
Method
- First we peel off the banana
- Then we slice the banana into horizontally and keep a side
- Take a large bowl combine the all pourpose flour,sugar ,turmeric powder,and cumin seed .
- Stir well to combine.
- Add little water at a time and make a thick batter ,and keep a side.
- Heat oil in a pan , once the oil is hot, dip the banana slices in the batter until well coated and
carefully slide it into the hot oil. - Deep fry , till it is golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- Drain the excess oil
- Serve and enjoy the banana fritters with beef roast.
