Ingredients
- Tomato -6 nos
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 or 2 tsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 pinch
- Water – 1 cup
Preparation
- Firstly,we have to rinse the tomatoes in water,then cut it into thin peces ,setaside.
- Then heat a pan add chopped tomatoes and enough water ,cover and cook till the tomatoes become
soften and smashy. - Remove from fire and cool down the tomatoes completely.
- Grind the cooked tomatoes into fine puree.
- Then drain with filter and set aside.
- Heat a pan add filtered tomatoes extract and stir continuously .
- Then boil the mixture well,add sugar and mix them well.
- Add some salt and red chilli powder mix it well.
- Finally add vinegar and stir them well.
- Stir continuously till the tomato pure become thickened .
- Remove from fire and keep aside.
- Ones cooled completely ,serve and enjoy with cutlets
