Ingredients
- Peanut: 500g
- jaggery: 300g
Method
- Today we are going to make kappalandi mittayi.
- For that, we first need peanuts.
- Heat the pan on the stove and add the peanut, then roast it and transfer it to a plate.
- Remove the skin of the peanut and let it cool down.
- Then grate the jaggery and keep it aside.
- Then heat the pan on the stove and add the grated jaggery to it.
- Add water and stir it till it changes to a thick consistency.
- Now add all the roasted peanuts to the thick jaggery syrup and stir it till it becomes thick.
- Now remove the pan from the fire and transfer the mix to another plate.
- Then make a small ball-shaped chikki.
- Village-style Kappalandi Mittayi is ready.
