Authentic shallot thoran

Ingredients

Shallots – 1/4 kg.
Ginger – 1 piece.
Green chilies – 3 nos.
Grated coconut – 1/2 portion.
Salt – as required.
Oil.
Mustard.
Curry leaves.
Method
*Heat oil in a pot, splutter mustard. Saute in finely chopped shallots, ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves. Add in the grated coconut and season salt. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Remove from the flame
