Ingredients
- Mackerel fish -1 kg
- Ginger -1 medium
- Habanero chilli- 5 or 6
- Onion-6 or 7
- Dry red chilli- 4 or 5
- Coriander seed – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
- Fenugreek powder-1 tbsp
- Curry leaves -4 or 5 sprigs
- Dried garcinia cambogia fruit -4 or 5 nos
Method
- First we grind habanero chilli,ginger and onion separately,and keep a side.
- Then we grind dry red chilli and coriander seed into fine paste and mix it with little amount
of water and keep a side - Take a pan add red chilli and coriander mix
- Again we add turmeric powder, fenugreek powder in to the pan
- Then we add grinded habanero chilli, ginger and onion ,mix well
- Add dried garcinia cambogia fruit and salt stir it well
- Finally we add some water and fish ,then we boil it for 10 to 15 minutes
- Then we turn off the flame and keep a side,
- Heat oil in a another pan add onion and curry leaves saute well till they colour change to
golden brown - Again we add sauted onion and curry leaves into the cooked fish pan ,mix it well.
Serve and enjoy the fish curry with meals
