Garlic Pickle Recipe


  • Coconut oil-3tbsp
  • Mustard seeds -2Tsp
  • Green chilli-2
  • Curry leaves
  • Garlic -200g
  • Red chilli power- 3 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt-2tbsp
  • Fengenk powder-1/2 tsp
  • Vinger-need


  •  Firstly peel the garlic and ginger.
  •  Wash the garlic,ginger and green chilli thoroughly.
  •  Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed,ginger,green chilli,curry
    leaves, garlic and fry well.
  •  Then add red chilli powder,asafoetida,salt,fengenk powder
    and mixed well.cook for 15 mintues.
  •  Add vinger and mixed well
  •  Then ready to serve another plate…
