Ingredients
- Coconut oil-3tbsp
- Mustard seeds -2Tsp
- Green chilli-2
- Curry leaves
- Garlic -200g
- Red chilli power- 3 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
- Salt-2tbsp
- Fengenk powder-1/2 tsp
- Vinger-need
Method
- Firstly peel the garlic and ginger.
- Wash the garlic,ginger and green chilli thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed,ginger,green chilli,curry
leaves, garlic and fry well. - Then add red chilli powder,asafoetida,salt,fengenk powder
and mixed well.cook for 15 mintues. - Add vinger and mixed well
- Then ready to serve another plate…
