Instant Pickles recipe

Ingredients used
Cucumber
Carrot
Pineapple
Gooseberry

How to make
Boil a little amount of water in a pan. Clean the cucumber and cut it into long pieces. Put the sliced cucumber into a glass jar. Add some curry leaves and tabasco pepper in it. Do the same with gooseberry, carrot and pineapple.

Wash the lemons. Add boiled water in to the chatti in which salt is already added then put the lemon in it. Then cut it into small pieces. Then put this lemon into a glass jar and add curry leaves and Tabasco pepper in it.

Boil some water in a pan. When it starts to boil add some vinegar in it. Add 3 tablespoon salt in it. Then keep it in a glass jar. Close and preserve it.
