Ingredients
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Garlic – 6 to 7 nos
- Ginger – 1 nos
- Curd – 1 cup
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 1/ 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Fennel powder – 1 /2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Oil – 1 ltr
Method
- Firstly,we have to crush the birds eye chilli , salt ,turmeric powder ,garlic and ginger , keep it into a side.
- Clean and wash the chicken.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Take a pan add cleaned chicken pieces ,grounded birds eye mix paste
- Then add garam masala, black pepper powder and thick curd ,mix them well.
- Then add fennel powder ,combine them well.
- Marinated for half an hour .
- Heat oil in pan ,add marinated chicken pieces .
- Finally add few curry leaves ,saute them well
- Fry them well till they become golden brown .
- Drain and keep aside.
- Serve the tasty bird’s eye chilli chicken fry with meals
