Dry red chilli chutney
Ingredients
- Shallots – 5 or 6 nos
- Dry red chilli – 5 or 6 nos
- Tamarind – small ball.
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Oil – 1 or 2 tbsp
Method
- Firstly, we have to peel the shallots and set them aside.
- Then, set aside the stalks of the dry red chilli.
- Then wash and clean the shallots and set them aside.
- Then cut the shallots and set them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add shallots and dry red chilli .
- Saute and fry them well.
- Remove from fire and set aside.
- Then grind the fried dry red chilli and salt into a smooth powder.
- Again, add fried shallots and tamarind into a smooth paste.
- Then transfer into a bowl and set aside.
- Then pour some oil and mix them well.
- Serve and enjoy the tasty boiled tapioca with chutney
Boiled tapioca
Ingredients
- Tapioca – 1 kg
- Salt – 1 or 2 tbsp
- Water – 1 ltr
Method
- Take a pan add water and boil them well.
- Then we have to cut the tapioca into small pieces.
- Then peel and keep one side.
- Then cut it in half length wise.
- Then wash and clean the tapioca two to three times.
- After that, drain and set aside.
- Then, add the cleaned tapioca to the pan of boiled hot water.
- Then sprinkle some salt and curry leaves ,mix them well.
- Cover and boil them well.
- Remove the lid and please check when the tapioca pieces are getting cooked.
- Do not overcook the tapioca.
- Then drain all the water.
- Serve and enjoy the tasty boiled tapioca with chutney
