Ingredients
- Mango – 5 nos
- Ginger – 2 pieces
- Green chilies – 10 to 12 nos
- Salt – 2 to 3 tbsp
Method
- Today we’re going to make Kerala style salted raw mango
- For that first cut and wash mangoes
- Then slice the mango in to long pieces and keep it aside
- Now peel the ginger and wash
- Then wash green chillies
- Then slice the green chillies and ginger and keep it aside
- Now take a pickle jar and put the sliced mango and add the green chillies
- Then add ginger
- Then add the salt
- Now add water and close the jar airtight and mix
- Keep it for few days, so that the mango will absorb the salt and spice
- Kerala salted raw mango/ manga uppilittath is ready
