Peanut curry


Peas – 1/2kg
Onion -2
Shallot – 10
Coconut carving – as needed
Chili powder – 5 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 4 teaspoon
Green chillies – 3
Red pepper -3
Ginger -1
Garlic -2
Salt – to taste
Garam masala mixture
Curry leaves

Methods for preparation
Soak the peas.
1) Place the pan in the oven. Heat chilli powder and coriander powder and set aside
2) Pour oil in the pan and break up the mustard. Put the red pepper. Add the coconut. Add finely chopped onion, onion and ginger and fry. Add green chillies and curry leaves. Put the peas. Add salt. Pour enough water and cover.
3) Fry the fennel, cumin, tamarind and cloves in a stone.
4) When the curry boils, dissolve the heated powder (2) in water and add it to the curry. Add garam masala mixture (3). Boil the curry. When cooked, lower the pan.
