Pineapple pachadi

Ingredients

  • Pineapple – 1 no.
  • Grated coconut – 1 no.
  • Garlic – 6 cloves.
  • Green chilies – 1 no.
  • Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Ginger – 1 no.
  • Shallots – 5 nos.
  • Dried chilies – 6 nos.
  • Curd – 1/2 l.
  • Oil.
  • Mustard.
  • Salt.
  • Curry leaves.

Method

  • Clean, cut pineapple into small pieces. Cook the pineapple in water. Add salt.
  • Crush grated coconut, garlic, green chilies, cumin, and mustard.
  • Crush 2 tablespoon of cooked pineapple.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute in sliced shallots, dried chilies, curry leaves. Add the paste and the cooked pineapple with salt to taste. Mix in the beaten curd and remove from the flame.
  • Pineapple pachadi ready
