Ingredients
- Ginger – 1 nos
- Garlic – 7 to 8 nos
- Grate coconut – 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves – 2 to 3 sprigs
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Oil – 1/2 ltr
Method
- Firstly, we have to crush the ginger and garlic into a smooth paste and set it aside.
- Take a bowl and add red chilli powder, garam masala, pepper powder turmeric powder and salt.
- Then add crushed ginger and garlic paste and combine them well.
- Sprinkle some water and make a smooth paste.
- Then add the smooth paste masala to the cleaned prawn pan and combine them well.
- Cover and marinate for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add marinated prawns.
- Fry them well, drain and set aside.
- Repeat the same process with balanced marinated prawns.
- Using the same prawn frying pan as before.
- Add curry leaves and grated coconut.Saute them well for a few minutes.
- Add the fried prawns and mix them well.Cook for a few minutes.
- Remove from fire and set aside.
