Ingredients
- Raw banana – 3 nos
- Onion – 2 nos
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
- Dry red chilli – 3 nos
- Coriander seed – 1 tbsp
- Fennel seed – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tsp
- Cumin seed – 1 tsp
- Mustard seed – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Oil – 3 or 4 tsp
Method
- Firstly ,cut the raw bananas into equal half and set aside.
- Take a pan add water and raw banana cook them well and set aside .
- Heat oil in a pan add urad dal,dry red chilli ,coriander seed and fennel seed saute them well.
- Add grated coconut and roasted them well and set aside.
- Now peel the cooked banana and smash with a neat spachilla and set aside.
- Crush the roasted red chilli, grated coconut and other ingredients into fine paste and set aside,
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and cumin seed ,lets crackled.
- Add dry red chilli,curry leaves and chopped onion saute them well.
- Then add smashed raw banana plantain and grinded coconut masala mix them well.
- Add some salt and cook them well.
- Remove from fire and set aside.
- Serve and enjoy the tasty raw banana stir fry with meals.
