Ingredients
*Ridge gourd – 4 nos.
*Chili powder – 1 teaspoon.
*Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
*Green chilies – 2 nos.
*Coconut oil.
*Salt.
*Mustard.
Method
1 Peel ridge gourd and slice them.
2 Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard.
3 Saute in chili powder and turmeric powder.
4 Saute in ridge gourd, green chili. Season with salt. Add little water and keep it for cooking.
5 Once the water evaporates remove the pan from the flame.
Ridge gourd stir fry is ready.
