Stoneground  masala fish fry


*Fish – 5 nos.
*Dried chilies – 14 nos.
*Coriander – 1 and 1/2 teaspoon.
*Pepper – 1 Teaspoon.
*Ginger – 1 big piece.
*Garlic 10 cloves.

1 Clean the fish using salt and tamarind infused water. Make deep gashes.
2 Grind dried chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander, pepper, and salt.
3 Rub the fish with the prepared paste.
4 Heat a pan with oil, fry the fish.
Tasty fish fry ready.
