Tasty Kerala style curd mango pickle


  • Mango : 1 nos
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Mustard – 2 1/2 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida powder – 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek powder – 1 tsp
  • Curd – 2 cup


  • Today we’re going to prepare tasty Kerala style curd mango pickle
  • For that first we need to take a raw mango
  • Wash it and slice it , then cut it in to small pieces
  • Then add salt and mix ut thoroughly and keep it aside
  • Now take some mustard seeds and grind it and keep it aside
  • Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves
  • Then add red chilli powder, asafoetida powder and fenugreek powder, mix it
  • Then add the mango pieces and saute it well add some that grinded mustard
  • Add curd when it is sauted well
  • Now stir it well for a minute
  • Then remove the pan from fire transfer it to another bowl
  • Tasty kerala style curd mango pickle is ready to serve
