South Indian Style Garlic Chutney

GARLIC chutney

Dry Red Chillies – 12
Garlic – 15 cloves
Salt to taste
Oil – 6 or 7 tblspn

 First we grind the roasted red chilli and salt then we add the
cloves and grind it well
 Add very little water and make it into a fine paste
 Then we take little amount of water into the bowl and pour some
oil and add the grinded chutney and mix well
 Serve with rice or tapioca
