Tapioca steam cake.

Ingredients

*Tapioca – 4 kg.
*Water 2 cup.
*Grated coconut – 1/2 cup.

Method
1)Peel the tapioca and wash it well. Slice them into thin pieces and sundry.
2)Powder the sun dried tapioca to a fine powder.
3)Season the required tapioca powder with salt and sprinkle water and mix it with the fingertip. Consistency should be lumpy if flour pressed between palm.
4)Boil water in a steam cake maker (puttu kudam).
5)Fill in the steamer with flour and grated coconut.
6)Let the flour and grated coconut get cooked in the steam.
Tasty tapioca steam cake ready.
