Ingredients
- Egg – 8 nos
- Tomatoes-2 nos
- Onion- 3 nos
- Green chilli- 2nos
- Dried red chili- 3 nos
- Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Ginger- 2 pieces
- Garlic- 10 to 12 nos
- Curry leaves
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
- Salt – 2tsp
Method
- Today we are going to prepare egg roast
- First boil eggs by adding water and salt in a closed pan and
- Remove from fire and transfer the eggs into normal water and keep it aside for cooling
- Then heat oil in a pan and add dried red chilli, garam masalas and saute it well
- Transfer it in to a plate and let it cool
- Now grind it in a grinding stone and keep it aside
- Then grind the tomatoes in the grinding stone and keep aside
- Then grind the green chilli along with it and transfer it in to a plate and keep aside
- Now grind ginger and garlic in the grinding stone and make ginger garlic paste and keep it aside
- Then heat oil in a pan and cut the egg in to two pieces and add the boiled egg in to the pan and add the grinded masala mix and keep it aside
- Now heat oil in another pan and add dried red chili , mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste saute it well and add sliced onion to it and add salt and curry leaves
- Then saute it well , when the rawness is gone , add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and the garam masala mix we made earlier
- Then mix it well and add the tomato purée we made earlier and add some water and sit it till it boils
- Then add all the egg pieces in to it and cook for some more time
- Then remove from the fire
- Tasty egg curry is ready to serve
