Ingredients
- Mango – 10 to 12 nos
- Sesame oil – 7 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Method
- Today we’re going to make kerala style fried mango pickle
- For that collect mangoes
- Wash the mangoes two times and set it aside
- Then remove the tip of mango and cut it
- Then slice the mango in to long pieces
- Then set it aside
- Now heat sesame oil in a pan and put all the sliced raw mangoes in it and shallow fry it
- Then set it aside
- Now roast fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds and set it aside
- Then transfer this fenugreek and mustard seeds in a grinding stone and make a powder out if it
- Then heat a pan and add salt , red chilli powder , fenugreek and mustard powder mix roast it and add half fried raw mango and mix it well
- When the mango absorbs the masala well
- Remove the pan from fire and let it cool down
- Then transfer it in to a jar
- Fried raw mango pickle is ready to be served..
