Ingredients
- Semolina/ Rava – 1/2 kg.
- Onion – 2 nos.
- Carrot – 3 nos.
- French Beans – 10 nos.
- Ginger – 1 pc.
- Green Chili – 3 nos.
- Oil.
- Salt.
- Mustard.
- Curry leaves.
Method
- Chop onion, carrots, beans, ginger, and green chilies finely.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard. - Saute in onion, carrot, beans, ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves.
- Add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Season it with salt.
- To the boiling mixture add semolina/ rava and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 2 min.
- Upma ready to serve.
