Ingredients
- Raw cashew -nut-15
- Onion(pearl)-10 or 20
- Chilli-2 or 3 nos
- Coconut pieces-1/2 piece
- Grated coconut-1 cup
- Garam masala-1tsp
- Oil -6 or 7 tsp
- Mustard seed-1tsp
- Coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder-1tsp
- Salt –to taste
Method
- First we crush the cashew nut into pieces, and soak in hot water wash and clear them well
and keep a side. - Take a pan and add grated coconut and stir it become golden brown.then we grinded
coconut and garam masala - Then we take another pan heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed and then .we will add
sauted coconut pieces, onion and chilli for 2to 3 minutes till light golden brown - Lower the flame and add coriander powder,chilli powder and add salt to taste.then we add
raw cashew nut and cook well - Finally we add the coconut paste to the cashew nut pan.mix gently to combine and adjust
salt.serve hot with steamed rice and appam
