Pazham Noruku

ingredients

  • Banana – 2 nos
  • Rava – 2 or 3 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 or 3 nos
  • Grated coconut- 1 cup
  • Sugar granules – 1 or 2 tbsp

Method

  • Firstly, we have to peel the banana .
  • Then chop the banana and set it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan .
  • Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry banana pieces till golden brown.
  • Then add grated coconut on top of the banana.
  • Then add rava and sugar granules.
  • Add some cashew nuts and saute them well.
  • Remove it from the flame after it becomes dry.
  • Then serve and enjoy the pazham nurukk with puttu.
