- Banana – 2 nos
- Rava – 2 or 3 tbsp
- Ghee 2 or 3 nos
- Grated coconut- 1 cup
- Sugar granules – 1 or 2 tbsp
- Firstly, we have to peel the banana .
- Then chop the banana and set it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan .
- Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry banana pieces till golden brown.
- Then add grated coconut on top of the banana.
- Then add rava and sugar granules.
- Add some cashew nuts and saute them well.
- Remove it from the flame after it becomes dry.
- Then serve and enjoy the pazham nurukk with puttu.
