Ingredients
- Mango : 1 nos
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Mustard – 2 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida powder – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek powder – 1 tsp
- Curd – 2 cup
Method
- Today we’re going to prepare tasty Kerala style curd mango pickle
- For that first we need to take a raw mango
- Wash it and slice it , then cut it in to small pieces
- Then add salt and mix ut thoroughly and keep it aside
- Now take some mustard seeds and grind it and keep it aside
- Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Then add red chilli powder, asafoetida powder and fenugreek powder, mix it
- Then add the mango pieces and saute it well add some that grinded mustard
- Add curd when it is sauted well
- Now stir it well for a minute
- Then remove the pan from fire transfer it to another bowl
- Tasty kerala style curd mango pickle is ready to serve
