Ingredients
*Giant granadilla – 1 nos.
*Onion – 3 nos.
*Grated coconut – 1/2 portion.
*Green chilies – 4 nos.
*Ginger – 1 pc.
*Oil.
*Mustard.
*Salt.
*Curry leaves.
Method
1 Chop giant granadilla to small pieces. Rub in salt. Press them between palms to extract the juice out.
2 Slice onion, ginger, and green chilies.
3 Heat a pot with oil, splutter mustard. Saute in the onion, ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves. Once sauteed add the giant granadilla and grated coconut. Season it with salt. Cook for 8 min. remove from flame.
Tasty and healthy thoran ready.
