Ada / Wheat dosa with grated coconut and jaggery


*Wheat flour – 5 cups.
*Grated coconut – 1 no.
*Grated jaggery – 1/4 kg.
*Cumin – 2 tablespoons.
*Cardamom – 6 nos.
*Salt – to taste.

1 Mix wheat flour, cardamom, cumin, water, and salt.
2 Mix grated coconut and jaggery.
3 Heat dosa pan, grease the pan. Pour the dosa batter and make thin crape. When one side is cooked flip it over. When both sides are done, keep the coconut and jaggery mixture. Fold the crape by two.
