Kerala Style Beef Dry Fry


  • Beef – 1 kg
  • Red chilli powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
  • Beef masala – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt- 1 or 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1/2 ltr


  • Clean and cut beef into cube-shaped pieces.
  • Then thoroughly wash them and set them aside.
  • Take a pan, add cleaned beef
  • Then add some spices, like red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,beef masala, and coriander powder.
  • Then sprinkle some salt and combine them well.
  • Then marinated for half an hour.
  • After the marination time, add some water and combine them well.
  • Cover and cook till the beef becomes well cooked
  • Remove the lid and check whether the beef is well cooked or not.
  • When the beef is done, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add cooked beef.
  • Fry them well until the beef is brown and dried out completely.
  • Remove from fire and keep aside.
  • Serve the tasty beef fry with boiled tapioca or meals
