Bilumbi – bird’s eye chili pickle

Ingredients
1 Bilumbi – 1/2 kg.
2 Bird’s eye chili – 250 g.
3 Garlic – 30 cloves.
4 Ginger – 1 big piece.
5 Curry leaves – 2 stems.
6 Coconut oil – 3 tablespoon.
7 Mustard – 1 tablespoon.
8 Hing – 2 pieces.
9 Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon.
10 Fenugreek powder – 1 teaspoon.
11 Salt to taste.
12 Vinegar – 1 tablespoon.

Method  
1 Clean bilumbi and chop them into small pieces.
2 Clean bird’s eye chili.
3 Clean and chop ginger and garlic.
4 Heat a pan with oil, splutter mustard. Saute in chopped garlic, ginger, and hing.
5 Saute in bird’s eye chili, curry leaves.
6 To the above saute in bilumbi, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, and season it salt.
7 When the bilumbi is cooked mix in the vinegar and keep it off the flame.
Pickle is ready …
