*Drumstick leaves – 1/2 cup.
*Dried chilies – 6 nos.
*Grated coconut – 1 cup.
*Garlic – 4 cloves.
*Shallots – 6 nos.
*Cumin – 1 teaspoon.
*Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon.
*Salt – as per taste.
*Water – for cooking.
1 Remove the leaves from the stem.
2 For the gravy, grind grated coconut, dried chilies, garlic, shallots, cumin.
3 Slice some shallots and dried chilies.
4 Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard. Saute in the sliced shallots and dried chilies.
5 Saute in the leaves.
6 When the leaves are cooked add the paste with some water and salt.
7 When it starts to boil remove from the flame.
