- Birds eye – 17 to 18 nos
- Shallots – 8 to 9 nos
- Coconut oil – 1 or 2 tsp
- Salt –to taste.
- First, we have to crush birds eye and salt .
- Then add shallots and crush it well .
- Now we have to transfer the mixture in a bowl .
- Add 1 or 2 tsp of coconut oil .
- Mix everything well ,set aside.
- Serve and enjoy birds eye chutney with boiled tapioca
