Birds eye chutney

Ingredients

  • Birds eye – 17 to 18 nos
  • Shallots – 8 to 9 nos
  • Coconut oil – 1 or 2 tsp
  • Salt –to taste.

Method

  • First, we have to crush birds eye and salt .
  • Then add shallots and crush it well .
  • Now we have to transfer the mixture in a bowl .
  • Add 1 or 2 tsp of coconut oil .
  • Mix everything well ,set aside.
  • Serve and enjoy birds eye chutney with boiled tapioca
