Breakfast Tapioca Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fish fry
  • Sardine fish – 1 kg
  • Ginger – 1 nos
  • Garlic- 6 or 7 nos
  • Dry red chilli – 4 or 5 nos
  • Coriander seed – 1 ts
  • Turmeric powder -1 tsp
  • Pepper seed – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
  • Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp

Method

  • Firstly we have to cut and cleaned the fish ,then wash and set aside.
  • Then grind dry red chilli,coriander powder,pepper seed, ginger , garlic and salt into fine paste and set
    aside.
  • Take a bowl add sardine fish,turmericpowder and grinder masala mix them well and marinated for
    one hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan add marinated fish and fry them well.
  • Drain and set a side.

Ingredients

  • Tapioca – 1 kg
  • Water – 1 ½ ltr
  • Salt – 1 or 2 tsp

Method

  • Firstly, peel off the skin of the Tapioca & cut it into medium pieces.
  • Heat water in a heavy bottom pan & put the tapioca pieces into it.
  • Then add salt and boil them well.
  • Once the tapioca become soft enough, drain and aside.
  • Serve the delicious tapioca recipe with fish fry .
