- Shallots- 9 or 10 nos
- Ginger – 1 nos
- Garlic – 5 or 6 nos
- Curry leaves – 2 or 3 sprigs
- Dry red chillies – 3 nos
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Fennel seed powder – ½ tbsp.
- Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
- Mustard seed – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tsp
- Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed,lets crackled .
- Add dry redchilli,choppedshallots,chopped ginger ,garlic , curry leavesand salt ,saute for few
- Then add some curry masala powders like redchilli powder, corianderpowder, fennel seedpowder,
pepper powder and turmeric powder saute them well.
- Add fresh chicken pieces and water ,combine them well.
- Cover and cook till the chicken become soften,
- Finally add some salt and pepper powder mix them well.
- Remove from fire and set aside.
- Serve the tasty chicken fry with meals .
