Buttermilk curry

Ingredients
*Curd – 1 cup.
*Green chilies – 2 nos.
*Ginger – 1 piece.
*Shallots – 5 – 6 pieces.
*Grated coconut – 1/2 cup.
*Cumin – 1 tablespoon.
*Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon.
*Dried chilies – 3-4 nos.
*Coconut oil – 3 tablespoons.
*Mustard – 1 tablespoon.
*Hing powder – 1/2 tablespoon.
*Curry leaves – 2 stems.
*Garlic – 4-5 cloves.
*Salt as required.
Method
1 Blend curd well and remove the fat that floats to get buttermilk.
2 Slice shallots, green chilies, and ginger.
3 Make a paste of coconut, dried chilies, turmeric powder, shallots, garlic, cumin.
4 Heat a pan with oil, splutter mustard. Saute in shallots, dried chilies, ginger, green chilies, garlic, and curry leaves.
5 Add in the prepared paste and saute.
6 Mix in the prepared buttermilk, season with salt, and add hing powder.
7 Remove from the flame before the boil…
