Cashew nut chutney


  • Cashew nuts – 1/2 kg
  • Coconut- One
  • Red pepper – 10 nos
  • Shallots- 4 nos
  • Salt – to taste

Methods for preparation

  • Bake the cashews. Peel the skin.
  • Bake the red chillies.
  • Grind shallots, coconut, red chilli, salt and curry leaves. Grind the cashews together. Mix everything well and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Delicious cashew whipped cream is ready.
