Ingredients
- Cashew nuts – 1/2 kg
- Coconut- One
- Red pepper – 10 nos
- Shallots- 4 nos
- Salt – to taste
Methods for preparation
- Bake the cashews. Peel the skin.
- Bake the red chillies.
- Grind shallots, coconut, red chilli, salt and curry leaves. Grind the cashews together. Mix everything well and transfer to a serving dish.
- Delicious cashew whipped cream is ready.
