Ingredients
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Dry red chilli – 8 to 9 nos
- Shallots – 14 to 15 nos
- Garlic – 10 to 11 nos
- Curry leaves – 3 to 4 nos
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 or 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan ,add dry red chilli
- Saute them well.
- Then add shallots and saute them well for few minutes.
- Add garlic and saute them well.
- Then add curry leaves and saute them well.
- Then add cleaned chicken pieces,turmeric powder and salt .
- Combine them well
- Pour some water and mix them well.
- Cover and cook till the chicken become well cooked.
- Remove the lid and add water mix them well.
- Cover and cook for some more times.
- Remove the lid and wait until the chicken gravy starts to leave oil from its sides
- Remove from fire and set aside.
