Chicken – 1 kg
Onion – 4 nos
Ginger – 1 nos
Garlic – 10 to 12 nos
Green chilli – 6 or 7 nos
Tomatoes – 2 nos
Lemon – 1/2 pieces
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Chicken masala – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Oil – 6 to 7 tbsp
Salt – 1 or 2 tbsp
First, take a bowl and squeeze half the lemon, keep aside.
Take a mud pot and add cleaned chicken pieces.
Now add some curry powders, such as turmeric powder,pepper powder, chicken masala and red chilli powder.
Add rice flour, lemon juice and salt.
Mix them well with your fingers and marinated for half an hour
Take a bowl and add grated coconut.
squeezed them well with fingers.
Drain and set aside the thick coconut milk.
Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken pieces.
Fry them well on both sides until they become golden brown.
Drain the excess oil from the fried chicken pieces and set them aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed and allow them to sputter.
Then add the chopped ginger and garlic and saute for few minutes
Add some curry leaves and saute for a few seconds.
Now add the chopped onion and saute them well.
Add some salt and saute the onion become transulant
Now add some curry powders, like red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Then add coriander powder and garam masala.
Saute well until the raw smell disappears.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft
Add the fried chicken pieces and combine them well.
Pour thick coconut milk over them and combine them well.
Then cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Remove from fire and keep aside.
Serve the tasty fried chicken curry with meals
