Coconut chutney –side dish for rice

Ingredients

  • Coconut-1
  • Dry red chilli- 3 or 4
  • Tamarind-small piece
  • Ginger-small piece
  • Shallot -6 or 7 nos
  • Salt to taste

Method

  •  First we grated the coconut and keep a side
  •  Then we grind the dry red chilli into fine paste
  •  Again we grind ginger and tamarind into fine paste
  •  Grind grated coconut and shallots into smooth paste ,combine well and
    transfer into a bowl
  •  And serve with rice .enjoy the taste of chutney..
