*Dried prawns – 50gms.
*Grated coconut – 1/4 cup.
*Dried chilies – 10 nos.
*Shallots – 10 nos.
*Salt – as required
1 Clean and wash dried prawns. Pat dry the prawns and roast it. Remove the head once the prawns are cooled.
2 Grill the dried chilies over a high flame.
3 Peel and clean shallots.
4 For the chutney, grind the grilled chilies and salt. Add in the grated coconut, shallots, and dried prawns. Grind to the consistency of thick chutney.
